Our broker is the licensed qualifier for Safco Construction, Inc., a Miami-Dade contractor working across the county since 2003 — home and apartment remodels, structural repair and additions, 40-year recertification, and commercial and public projects. Santa Stella holds a consulting agreement with Safco, and our clients get that consulting time at no charge.
That combination is the reason to hire this brokerage, and it is also the reason to be clear about where the line is. We price construction work. We do not perform home inspections, and we do not make engineering determinations about whether a building is structurally sound — under Florida law that belongs to a licensed engineer or architect. What we do is read what they found and tell you what it will cost.

- A remodel priced properly — apartment or house, full gut or kitchen and bathrooms, impact windows, flooring, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. A budget range from the contractor who would build it.

Renovation pricing for our clients
Where Santa Stella represents you in the purchase or sale of a single-family home, and Safco Construction performs a full renovation with a contract value above $500,000, Safco applies a 5% discount to the base contract.
Single-family homes only. Not available on condominium work, on partial or single-trade work, or on change orders and allowances. The discount applies to the base contract value and is not combinable with other offers.
The construction consultation described above is free to every client, on any property, with or without this.
